About

My name is Vesa Metsä-Ketelä. I'm based in Ylöjärvi, Finland, and I'm interested in art and technology.

By day I work as a consultant working mainly with Microsoft stack in international projects as part of IT delivery teams.

I graduated from design studies in Bielefeld in 2015. Right now most of my personal projects go into visual art, AI, automations and custom web apps.

Why "Sound Is Spirit"?

The name Sound Is Spirit comes from how I view communication and art.

For me, sound is the purest form of a signal. It's an invisible medium that carries emotion and meaning directly.

I try to capture that same directness and clarity in all my projects on this site - whether designing web apps or creating visual art.
